HAPPY MAY BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND DOG LOVERS. I thought I would spend a little time this morning updating you on what is happening over the next few months at Gemma's Dog Training & Behaviour. At the end of this month I have the "stop pulling" course starting. This is the ideal course if you struggle to walk your dog despite trying many methods and training tools such as Haltis, Head collars, Gen-cons etc. My methods are fun and force free and more importantly they work! My methods leave you with a dog which wants to please you and helps you re-establish your canine - human connection which can be easily lost through the frustrations of failed training. Their is still space available for this very special course, so please contact me if you would like a space.
Due to high demand i have opened up another Puppy course - this means i have three puppy courses running from now up until September. If you were wanting a space for a puppy then please still contact me as i have a waiting list which means if someone pulls out of any of the three courses i can allocate you a space.
The last few months have seen a lot of owners sign up to my long term support packages for behavior work. Behavior issues I'm currently working on with clients include things such as Anxiety, fear, reactivity, separation anxiety and general obedience training.
I will be Un-reachable from the 9th-14th May 2019 as i am having a much deserved break away in Beautiful Cornwall with my amazing and supportive husband.
As always i am aiming at being the best in my industry and although i am qualified to degree level their is always much i can learn in the field of canine behaviour and training. Recently i enrolled onto a holistic canine behaviour diploma with canine principles. I just recently this week completed the first module assessment and scored 100/100! I am very much looking forward to the next module.
I am currently in discussion with various pet businesses searching for a room in which to hold seminars to provide both dog owners and canine professionals with educational talks relating to things all canine behaviour.
I am looking at doing more work shops near the end of the year - so watch out for those.
Wishing everyone a relaxed and happy bank holiday weekend.
